Great Gift for the Cat Lover! A one of a kind gift. No one else can give the same gift this year! This Whimsical Cat Design mug is hand thrown and hand carved with a dark brown and light brown glaze and blue and cream highlights. It has a whimsical chubby cat imprinted on the top and I love my cat. On the bottom it is imprinted with different size and shape hearts. This mug is truly a work of art! This is a One of a kind (Click on pic above for larger view). Each mug is in the 20 ounce range (large mug). Each piece is lead free, dishwasher and microwave safe. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind. The Artists: Our artist, Len, After working on the potters wheel for over 30 years has returned to the basics of hand building and discovered that the irregularities produced by hand building contribute greatly to the uniqueness of each piece. It`s through color, texture and shape she is am able to satisfy her need for artistic expression.
While her primary work has been raku pottery sold mainly through galleries nation wide, her stoneware and porcelain coffee mugs have become her recent passion.
